1. Eligibility

2. Description of Service
BigBull.now is a web-based platform that enables users to trade tokenized US stocks on the Solana blockchain. The Service provides:
- Buying and selling tokenized stock assets via Jupiter aggregator.
- Portfolio tracking and balance management.
- Staking functionality with yield opportunities.
- Wallet management (via Web3Auth or Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter).
- Referral program participation.
3. Account & Wallet
- You access the Service by connecting a Solana wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys.
- We do not have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost wallets or reverse transactions.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your connected wallet.
- You must not share your wallet credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
4. Trading
4.1 Trade Execution
Trades are executed through the Jupiter aggregator on the Solana blockchain. Once a transaction is signed and submitted, it is generally irreversible. We do not guarantee trade execution at any specific price or within any specific timeframe.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
The Service enforces minimum trade amounts. These thresholds may change at our discretion. Current minimums are displayed in the trading interface.
4.3 Fees
Trading may involve fees including but not limited to:
- Solana network transaction fees (gas).
- Swap fees charged by the Jupiter aggregator or liquidity providers.
- Platform fees as disclosed in the Service interface.
All applicable fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction.
5. Staking
The Service may offer staking features with advertised yield rates. These rates are estimates and may fluctuate. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. Staked assets may be subject to lock-up periods. You acknowledge the risks associated with staking, including potential loss of staked assets due to smart contract vulnerabilities or network issues.
6. Risks
By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Market Risk: The value of tokenized stocks and cryptocurrencies can be highly volatile. You may lose some or all of your investment.
- Blockchain Risk: Transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible. Network congestion, outages, or bugs may affect trade execution.
- Smart Contract Risk: The Service relies on smart contracts that may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities.
- Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency and tokenized asset regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws.
- Liquidity Risk: Certain tokens may have limited liquidity, resulting in price slippage or inability to execute trades.
- Third-Party Risk: The Service integrates with third-party protocols (Jupiter, Web3Auth, Solana). We are not responsible for failures or changes in these services.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal purpose.
- Manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading activity.
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service or its smart contracts.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service without our written consent.
- Circumvent any security measures, access controls, or rate limits.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Use the Service from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with BigBull.now are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All trading decisions are your own.
- Information displayed on the Service (prices, charts, news) is for informational purposes only and may not be accurate or current.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigBull.now and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BigBull.now and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
